We deliver to the UK, Europe, USA & Canada, and most countries worldwide.

We manage all our deliveries through Evri/Hermes.
UK orders over £100 are free delivery!
(Please note that it takes us between 7-14 days to make your wig depending on the style & availability of materials before dispatch).

offers a 1-3+ day delivery in the UK. They are happy to post your order or leave it safe, instead of a signature, they make a photographic record of your delivery. If you would like it left in a safe place, add this information to us in the notes when you make your order. (This is a bespoke service).
We always aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 5 working days but please allow 5 to 7 working days from the date of your order
You can check the status of your order at any time, if the status is ‘Processing’ this means your order is being prepared and you will emailed once we have dispatched your order
European Deliveries:
Evri/Hermes European delivery – £12.00
Our customers in Europe pay £12.00 from date of dispatch. We expect to have your
items with you within 3-7 working days. This service can be tracked.
Worldwide Delivery: 
USA & Canada, and most countries worldwide.
Evri/Hermes Worldwide delivery – £15.00
Our worldwide customers pay £15.00 from date of dispatch. We expect to have your items with you within 3-7 working days. This service can be tracked.
Please note:
- We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
 
- Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2 pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2 pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.
 
- Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.
 
- Delivery times given are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following our notification of dispatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your shipment.
- Undeliverable/unclaimed items
 
- When an item is returned to us because no-one was home after 3 attempts, or because the item was not claimed by the client or because an incorrect postal address was given, you will need to pay the cost of re-delivery. If you decide that you no longer want the item. The return will be subject to a restocking fee and a return shipment fee which is equal to cost of the original shipment paid. In the case where no shipping fees were paid, the return shipping deductible will be discussed and charged accordingly.
 
- Shipping prices: The product price excludes Tax, Customs and Local Border Handling Charges (you will be responsible for paying these yourself within your own country).
 
- UK VAT tax is no longer charged for orders outside the UK
 
- You will be emailed within two working days of your order with the expected dispatch date.
 
- If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 
 
 
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as any undelivered orders will be returned to the UK at your cost (which will be substantial as it will include tax, customs duty, and courier handling charges).
Please NB: Due to the UK leaving the European Union, some delays may take place with orders to the EU and customs charges may apply.
